Scaffolders - Camp - $42/hr - Edmonton, Calgary AB

GrizzlyTrek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Journeyman Scaffolders for full-time, permanent positions in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, with opportunities for out of town camp work. Scaffolders will work on commercial and industrial projects, supporting both local and camp-based crews. The ideal candidate is certified, safety-focused, and ready to mentor apprentices while working in a dynamic, team-oriented workplace.

$42.00 per hour starting rate for certified Journeyman Scaffolders
Overtime pay, with 40 to 70 hours per week available

What You’ll Need




Journeyman Scaffolder certification
Proven scaffolding experience on commercial and industrial sites
Valid safety tickets: CSTS, Fall Protection, and WHMIS
Comfortable working at heights and lifting scaffold components repeatedly
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
Reliable, hard working, and able to work well with a crew
Available for local work in Edmonton or Calgary, plus out of town camp rotations

What Will Make You Stand Out
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Turnaround, shutdown, or plant maintenance experience
Additional site tickets such as Confined Space, H2S Alive, or Aerial Work Platform
Experience leading or mentoring apprentice crews
