As the Person Responsible for Maintenance and Manufacturing, you will ensure operations align with Transport Canada requirements. This role demands robust supervisory skills in avionics, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to foster excellence among staff through effective training and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and approve maintenance operations as per CARs
• Liaise with Transport Canada for compliance
• Review, approve, and formulate maintenance policies
• Ensure adequate tools and standards are maintained




• Oversee onboarding and assess current candidates’ performance
Requirements:
• College diploma in aircraft electronics or equivalent
• 6+ years of avionics maintenance supervision experience
• Solid understanding of Quality Assurance practices
• Must pass Transport Canada regulatory examinations
• Knowledge of Safety Management System requirements
