Clinic is expanding and looking for a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to assist in providing top-notch care to patients. In this role, you will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include patient interviews, documentation, and maintaining adherence to clinic protocols. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct primary care to patients in the clinic
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and pharmacists
- Maintain thorough documentation for clinical compliance
- Understand clinic procedures for productive operations
- Conduct patient histories and schedule follow-ups Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Master of Nursing - Nurse Practitioner degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge in health assessment and procedures
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience
- Knowledge of EMR systems is advantageous Support patient health and engagement as part of the Enhanced Care Clinic team in Beeton.
