As a Nurse Practitioner here,you'lldeliver longitudinal primary care to families while working inside an expertinterdisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, speech-language pathologists, dieticians,kinesiologistsand nurses.

You'llbe a trusted guide for families, providing personalized primary care for children and parents alike, addressing immediate concerns while supporting long-term health.
