About the Role
Accencis Group is expanding its portfolio of food, beverage, hospitality, and franchise concepts and is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to support our growing food and beverage operations.
Depending on experience and business needs, the Operations Manager may oversee one or multiple concepts across:
Coffee, tea, and bubble tea brands
Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR)
Full-Service Restaurants (FSR)
Franchise concepts
Food court and hospitality operations within AKUA Spa
New store openings and emerging concepts
This is a hands-on role focused on people, operations, profitability, and growth.
Role Description The Operations Manager (Food & Beverage) is a full time, on-site role based in Richmond Hill, ON, responsible for overseeing restaurant operations across multiple brands. The role includes managing day-to-day store performance, monitoring service standards, and ensuring consistent food quality and guest satisfaction.
The Operations
Manager will lead and support restaurant managers, oversee staffing levels, and guide training and development to maintain high operational and safety standards. This position also involves analyzing sales and cost data, implementing operational improvements, coordinating with corporate teams on promotions and brand initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Manager will regularly visit locations, address operational issues, and drive continuous improvement to support overall business growth. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operational and financial performance of assigned locations and brands.
Coach and develop Store Managers, General Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.
Conduct regular location visits, audits, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, food safety,
health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor key KPIs including sales, labour, food/beverage cost, waste, inventory, and controllable expenses.
Review store P&Ls; and develop action plans to improve profitability.
Drive sales growth and new revenue opportunities through business development initiatives, R&D;, product launches, catering, new sales channels, and MOPs/delivery platforms.
Identify opportunities to improve average check, traffic, product mix, and overall revenue performance.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels, management coverage, training, and succession planning.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Lead and support new store openings, including recruitment, training, stress tests, Friends & Family events, and opening readiness.
Support franchisees where applicable and ensure compliance with operational and brand standards.
Identify operational issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
Work closely with Finance, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, Projects, Culinary, and other departments.
Support implementation of POS, inventory, scheduling, and other operational systems.
Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to senior management. Qualifications
5+ years of progressive F&B;, restaurant, or hospitality management experience.
Multi-unit management experience strongly preferred.
Experience managing Store Managers or General Managers.
Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls;, labour management, food cost, inventory, and operational controls.
Experience in QSR, FSR, coffee, bubble tea, franchise operations, or high-volume hospitality environments.
New store opening experience is an asset.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $68,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience.
Annual performance bonus of up to 10%.

Work Schedule & Requirements
Full-time position working 5 days per week, either from the Accencis office or visiting assigned locations.
This is an in-person and field-based role.
Regular travel between locations is required.
Work schedules will be based on business and operational requirements.
Evening and weekend work may be required, particularly during new store openings, events, peak periods, or operational needs.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where responsibilities and assigned brands may evolve.
