Mechanical Project ManagerDue to continued growth, they are seeking aMechanical Project Managerto support upcoming high-rise and large-scale projects across Metro Vancouver.You’ll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through closeout, working closely with construction leadership, site teams, and key stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading assigned projects from planning through execution and closeoutEstablishing project goals, expectations, and transparent communication with internal teamsUnderstanding and managing scope, contracts, and project documentationDeveloping and maintaining site-specific document control systemsPartnering with site leadership to implement Procore systems familiar to field staffCoordinating health & safety plans, QA/QC programs, commissioning, and progress trackingActing as the primary liaison with clients, consultants, and project stakeholdersProducing and managing detailed project schedules and critical path activitiesSupporting design coordination, shop drawing reviews, and RFIsIdentifying, tracking, and mitigating project risksProcuring sub-trades, materials, equipment, and managing logisticsManaging BIM / Revit coordination and prefabrication efforts where requiredOverseeing project financials, job costing, forecasting, and reportingPreparing and submitting monthly progress drawsManaging change orders, pricing, site instructions, and drawing revisionsSupporting O&M manuals, owner training,
and project turnoverProviding direction and mentorship to Project CoordinatorsCollaborating with accounting, HR, and operations to ensure project successWhat You Bring3–5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in CanadaStrong background in plumbing and mechanical construction (high-rise experience preferred)Ability to lead by example and build trust with field and office teamsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with Procore, AutoDesk, Trimble, and BIM tools is an assetFormal plumbing training or trade background considered a strong assetProject Management education or certification is an assetLegally entitled to work in CanadaWork Environment & ConditionsSite-based work across the Lower MainlandOvertime as requiredCompensation Range$120,000 – $150,000 base salary, depending on experience.Additional OfferingsPerformance-based bonus program5% RRSP contribution100% employer-paid extended health & dental benefitsLife insurance & long-term disability coverageVehicle allowance & gas cardOngoing training and professional developmentStrong internal growth and advancement opportunitiesRespectful, collaborative, and people-first company culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
