Prepare and file immigration application with Canadian immigration authorities. Advise on complex issues involving Canadian law. Liaise with co-counsel in other countries on global immigration matters. Assist US team on immigration filings as necessary. Help drive recent business through speaking events; conference participation, writing articles. May oversee immigration paralegal(s) in the US and Singapore. Requirements:
