As part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll help safeguard the financial health of one of Canada's most respected HVAC-R distributors — all while supporting our mission of excellence and service.What you will accomplish with us:Strategic Agility Collaborate with your supervisor to assess margin increase requestsApprove credit-limit exceptions using sound analysis and business judgmentOperational Excellence Manage and collect receivables for your assigned territoryRelease orders for inventory-ready itemsReconcile customer accounts accurately and in a timely mannerAutonomy & Impact Generate and interpret credit reports to guide business decisionsResolve escalated or sensitive collection cases independently, as financial analystHuman-Centered Communication Act as a respectful and trusted liaison between internal sales teams and customersManage communications with professionalism and empathyWhat You Bring to Our Team:Secondary School Diploma or College degree in business, accounting, or office admin3–5 years of experience in a similar credit or collections role, in a commercial environment, or as a Financial analystFluency in both French and English is essentialExperience with accounting/ERP software is a strong assetA detail-oriented mindset, a steady hand, and a tactful voiceCompensation Information Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $65,000 annuallySupplemental Pay Types: Annual bonusMaster is an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
