This position oversees strategic acquisitions, sales processes, and inventory management to deliver the best solutions for customers. The successful candidate will work closely with branches, sales teams, and internal partners to maintain consistent service standards and operational excellence. The role supports both domestic and global sales opportunities, strengthening Finning (Canada)'s presence in the used equipment market. working together with Sales staff and Branches to provide best solutions to our customersEngage with other Finning (Canada) internal support groups, to provide best solutions to our Sales force and customersDirect used sales outside of Finning (Canada) territory, including globallyDevelop a consistent, effective and responsive service standard for the equipmentBudget and review reconditioning costs related to used equipment to ensure repair costs align with marketing objectivesManage office functions as requiredAdhere to all Finning (Canada) Safety, Ethics and Compliance standardsOther related functions as required by the Used Equipment Operations ManagerAccountability:Achieve targets for used revenue, used turns, margins and inventory levelsMaintain relations, network with customers, employees and CaterpillarSupport safety initiatives through supervision and by exampleMaintain focus on industry momentums, recognizing risks and opportunities as markets changeRepresent the Company in a professional and ethical mannerResponsible for the effective human resources management of staff and to foster an effective work environment which successfully contributes to employee engagement and the achievement of the business goals and objectives for Finning (Canada) and the work unitEducation and ExperiencePost‑secondary education in business, sales,
