As the Branch Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and supporting branch visitors, dispatching activities and assisting employees with various administrative tasks.As the Branch Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:Managing branch reception duties, including collecting information, and directing walk-in visitors at the branchCoordinating shipments and interoffice mailCollaborating with the Parts department to ensure parts accuracy for service jobsTracking invoices and following up with vendors on outstanding paymentsDispatching with the coordination of service jobs for TechniciansEntering and updating customer and equipment information in the ERPOrdering and maintaining office supplies and branch marketing itemsCompleting expense reports and providing administrative support for all departments including Sales, Rentals, Parts, and ServiceActing as a safety captain for the branch,
