PURPOSE: As a Housekeeper at Blackbush Beach Resort , you will be responsible for cleanliness, hygiene, and that the overall guest satisfaction are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have an exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service.

REPORTS TO: Housekeeping Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries.
Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, and dust furniture.
Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and mirrors.
Maintain cleanliness in hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common areas.
Remove trash and replace liners in public spaces.
Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries,



and mini-bar items.
Report damaged or missing items to the supervisor.
Notify maintenance of any necessary repairs.
Respect guest privacy and handle their belongings carefully.
Follow hotel policies, health, and safety standards.
Work efficiently to meet daily room cleaning quotas.
Qualifications & requirements: No formal education required
Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping is required.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to lift, bend, crouch, kneel and be on feet for extended periods.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Solid time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must have reliable year-round transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
WHMIS Certification is an asset
