Key Responsibilities:
• Categorize transactions and keep books up to date in QuickBooks Online
• Reconcile financial accounts and manage expenses and receipts
• Process payroll through Wagepoint and prepare tax remittances




• Track deadlines and manage workloads using Karbon
• Liaise with clients to collect necessary documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and payroll tools
• Comprehensive knowledge of bookkeeping principles
• Organized and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills for client interactions
