In this role as a Quality CMM Operator, you will be engaged in creating and maintaining inspection programs for coordinate measuring machines. Your responsibilities include performing calibrations, statistical analysis, and ensuring compliance with quality guidelines. Your solid communication and organizational skills will facilitate effective project management and foster positive customer interactions, promoting internal customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement CNC inspection programs
• Conduct calibration and repair of measuring equipment




• Perform statistical analysis and capability studies
• Manage documentation for Gauge control and calibration
• Cultivate customer relationships for quality feedback

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
• Familiar with Polyworks and database software
• Must be detail-oriented and able to lift up to 30 lbs
