Manage file storage and retrieval process for closed files.
Provide various administrative support such as printing, scanning, etc.
Open recent claims and assign appropriate claims adjusters.
Process, coordinate, sort and distribute incoming correspondence.
Process requests such as plate searches and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) to assist claims adjusters.
Identify process improvements to management.
Requirements High School or College Diploma including business/administration training or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
Ability to consistently perform at a superior level with respect to both the accuracy and volume of work completed.
Effective communications skills with an emphasis on customer service.
Strong computer skills of with standard office applications including strong data entry skills.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
