Glacier Raft Company seeks passionate individuals for Seasonal Raft Guide roles. Experience breathtaking adventures on the Kicking Horse River while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment from May to September.

This seasonal full-time position requires you to leverage your whitewater guiding expertise while providing safety briefings and paddling demonstrations. The ideal candidate will thrive in outdoor environments, maintain equipment, and assist with logistical operations to create a seamless experience for every participant.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide whitewater rafting trips in diverse conditions
• Deliver clear safety briefings to guests
• Rig and de-rig rafting equipment effectively
• Perform maintenance on gear and perform safety checks
• Maintain meticulous trip logs and follow company protocols

Requirements:
• First aid certification (valid 50-hour or 80-hour preferred)
• At least 2 years of guiding experience on Class III rivers
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit to endure outdoor work
• Adaptable availability, including weekends and holidays
