The Lift Operations Supervisor is responsible for the efficient functioning of our lift operations team. A minimum of one previous season as a Senior Lift Operator is essential, alongside a solid commitment to safety standards and staff management. This position involves significant physical activity in varying weather conditions, requiring resilience and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the daily operations of lift teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Recruit and train seasonal staff members
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Attend and lead staff safety meetings

Requirements:
• At least one year experience as a Senior Lift Operator
• Clean BC class 5 driver’s license
• Solid knowledge of safety codes for passenger ropeways
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Relevant education in Ski Resort Management is a plus
