Our client is a leading provider of workforce compliance, risk management, and contractor management SaaS solutions. They are looking to hire a Business Development Manager (Account Executive) to drive sales of SaaS and B2B services into enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects.
Focus on selling solutions such as workforce compliance, risk management SaaS solutions into relevant decision makers.
Focus on selling into multiple Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Construction, Infrastructure, etc.
You will be responsible for the full sales cycle (from initial outreach to closing the deal).
Execute outbound prospecting strategies, account‑based selling, and territory planning.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, compliance, or enterprise software/services.
Proven track record of selling to mid‑market/Enterprise clients.




Demonstrated success in quota attainment and recent business acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong CRM discipline (Salesforce or similar).

Job Offer
Base Salary Range: CAD 90-100k (OTE Range: CAD 140-160K). It is uncapped.
Job Location: Calgary - hybrid position (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
