As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming shopping setting, assisting customers with their needs, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.

Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively communicate with customers.
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
Organize merchandise on the sales floor and ensure displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.




Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements
Bilingual proficiency is preferred to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is highly desirable.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and services offered in-store.
