Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and qualified manner
Present menus to guests and answer any questions regarding menu items
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
Process guest payments using a POS system
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Assist with cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Server or in the food industry is required
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively




Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Upselling skills to promote additional menu items or specials
Working knowledge of Cantonese cuisine including dim sum is preferred
Cantonese and/or Mandarin speaking is preferred
