Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, building rapport and understanding their business needs
Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential markets and outreach strategies
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and support
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness




Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
Conduct analysis of market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Experience in business development and account management within a competitive workplace
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish preferred for broader client engagement
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret market data and customer insights for strategic planning
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building
Technical sales experience is a plus, especially related to technology products or services
