AltaGas seeks a Manager, Change Enablement, Digital Projects to lead the people-side of enterprise digital initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to build change strategies that drive engagement, readiness and sustained adoption across the organization.

The role requires 10+ years in change management, solid stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across levels. Certification in Prosci/CCMP is an asset. This is a high-visibility role within a transformative setting.
