Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
Use cleaning tools and products effectively to remove dust, dirt, stains, and clutter
Manage laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests

Experience




Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques, laundry procedures, and safe handling of cleaning products
Demonstrated time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
Friendly attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
