In this role, you will be part of a vibrant team delivering compassionate care within the community. Your expertise in community social services and understanding of behavior management will be critical in developing personal service plans and fostering relationships with families and professionals. This position also requires a robust commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for supported persons' rights and choices
• Develop and implement Personal Service Plans
• Facilitate daily living activities and medication administration
• Maintain cleanliness in living environments
• Record daily activities and personal health information
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education and Community Support Worker Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the sector
• Emergency First Aid/CPR and Food Safe certified
• Criminal record clearance required
• Strong communication and computer skills
