Key Responsibilities:
• Complete clinical care assessments and service plans
• Document care in compliance with Extendicare standards
• Provide emergency first aid as needed
• Coordinate resident care assignments efficiently
• Uphold infection prevention and control measures
Requirements:
• Active RPN registration in your Province/State
• Experience working in senior care environments
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Recent Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening within the last six months
