Operating within the Supply Chain department, this role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure ERP systems meet operational demands. Your responsibilities include documenting requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing, and preparing for go-live activities. Through your insights, you will facilitate training and change management initiatives, enhancing user adoption and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent business interests in Production and Demand Planning
• Create and validate test scenarios and scripts




• Facilitate data cleansing and master data validation
• Produce standard operating procedures and documentation
• Gather user feedback to support continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant discipline
• 3–5 years experience in inventory management or quality processes
• Previous ERP implementation exposure preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
