Leggat Kia is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team!

Compensation: $20-$25 per hour plus monthly bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in selecting automotive parts while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers (retail and shop)

Answer incoming telephone calls, provide pricing, and respond to inquiries

Process parts orders from technicians, retail customers, telephone inquiries, and wholesale accounts

Receive and process payments from retail customers

Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines

Perform duties requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications and Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude

Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities





Clear verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage and resolve difficult customer situations

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to follow established procedures and policies

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Self-motivation with the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract

Robust knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs

Basic computer proficiency
