Candidates should bring at least one year of lift operation experience and a commitment to excellent guest service. You'll play a critical role in supporting supervisors and ensuring smooth lift operations, enhancing the mountain experience for visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guarantee safe and proper operation of lifts
• Manage designated areas under supervisor guidance
• Perform quality control checks for safety and efficiency
• Lead and direct staff as needed to meet standards

Requirements:
• At least one previous season as a Lift Operator
• Proven supervisory and guest interaction skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and robust in problem-solving
• Valid, clean BC class 5 driver's license
