Position Summary NuVista Mental Health is seeking a compassionate, organized, and adaptable In-Person Program Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our TMS clinics.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and support clients throughout their clinic visits.
Assist with appointment coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Support clinicians and operational staff with day-to-day clinic activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and assist with electronic medical records.
Prepare and organize clinic spaces, supplies, and materials.
Provide non-clinical patient support and ensure a welcoming clinic setting.
Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and internal teams.
Assist with operational improvements and special projects as assigned.
Cross-train to provide support across programs and clinic locations as required.




Perform other related duties that support the efficient operation of the clinic.
Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience in a healthcare, medical office, or mental health setting.
Personal Care Worker (PCW), Continuing Care Assistant (CCA), or equivalent healthcare support certification considered an asset.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs).
CPR/First Aid certification.
