Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients
• Coordinate daily schedules and manage patient communications
• Clearly explain treatment plans and billing processes




• Maintain meticulous patient records in our management system
• Assist the clinical team for smooth operations

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of administration or customer service experience
• Previous dental office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental software such as Dentrix is beneficial
• Strong multitasking and communication skills essential
• IPAC certification is valued but not required
