You will engage in monitoring and supporting individuals to ensure they meet their rehabilitation goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and adjust care plans aligned with Mental Health Act
• Oversee daily facility operations and case note management




• Aid recovery processes for individuals facing mental health issues
• Deliver psychosocial support and education to service users
• Maintain communication with external agencies and professionals

Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in mental health or related field, with 2 years of experience
• Completion of a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Check
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation strategy expertise
• Food Protected Certification
