Lead residence life programming and community initiatives
Support RAs in planning engaging programs
Administer conduct issues and crisis situations
Recruit and supervise residence student staff
Maintain records for student interactions and conduct matters Requirements:
Two years diploma in related field
Minimum two years skilled experience
Experience in student housing preferred
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
Valid Class G driver's licence Drive student engagement and community through effective leadership as a Residence Life Specialist.
