Key Responsibilities:
• Verify entries by reconciling processed work against balances
• Schedule and prepare checks for vendor payments
• Reconcile vendor accounts monthly for accuracy




• Calculate sales taxes on paid invoices
• Maintain up-to-date job knowledge through educational resources

Requirements:
• One or more years of experience in an accounts payable setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business organization software
• Robust communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
