As a Service Technician I, you will act as a vital link between the field team and management. The role demands a swift learning curve regarding Array’s tracker portfolio and emphasizes tools' readiness for any given task. You will need to demonstrate robust leadership abilities while communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct retrofits and commissioning procedures
• Undertake service repair activities in the field
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained properly
• Provide daily updates through Field Service Reports
• Complete expense reports using Concur system

Requirements:
• Must be prepared for up to 90% travel
• Valid Driver’s License is required
• Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge needed
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to perform manual labor in varying conditions
