We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Representative to join the Total Rewards Department at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. The position entails processing payroll accurately and on time, adhering to policies and collective agreements. You'll engage with employees and departments, resolving payroll inquiries and ensuring compliance with legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process regular pay cycles accurately for employees
• Verify and analyze payroll inputs for compliance
• Respond to employee inquiries clearly and professionally




• Produce Records of Employment and other payroll reports
• Calculate and reconcile various payroll adjustments

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Business, Finance, or HR
• Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification preferred
• Three years of full-cycle payroll experience required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Workday
• Strong communication and analytical skills
