As an RPN, you will play an essential role in our nursing team, reporting directly to the Director of Health and Wellness. Your primary duties will encompass resident assessments, medication management, and participation in family education sessions. You will actively implement and evaluate care plans, respond to emergencies, and cooperate with various healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless experience for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care and monitor resident health
• Complete assessments and document care accurately




• Facilitate resident care conferences and education
• Manage medication orders and compliance
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Preferred experience in gerontology and seniors' environments
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening
