Hourly Wage
$26.83 - $29.76 + 10.6% in lieu of perks as per the collective agreement(2024 rates, implementation of new collective agreement is in process, and new wage rates $28.46 to $31.57 will be implemented once funding is received)

Requirements/Education/Experience
Degree or Diploma in an area directly related to supporting people with developmental disabilities, such as Social Services, Human Services, or Education
1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, or related equivalent experience
Experience with, or training in, areas of adaptive communication, positive behaviour support, and community care is an asset
Valid First Aid/CPR upon start date
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Willingness to obtain a Class 4 Unrestricted Driver's License
Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Criminal Record Clearance
TB Test Clearance
Medical clearance
Demonstrated competency in English, written, and oral communication
Eligible to work in Canada
This position requires union membership.
