This role resides in our Markham Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing
Matches contracts to our internal system and verifies terms and conditions that have been submitted and approved
Review contracts and credit applications for completeness,



proper date/signature and accuracy and compliance with all requirements
Verifies contract rates are accurate in accordance to the rate letters and special programs
Accurately and efficiently enter data required to complete each contract
Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails from dealerships to resolve funding issues
Maintain strong relationships with dealerships
Other duties as required
What You’ll Bring 2+ years' experience in banking, finance, legal or the auto industry is preferred
High School Diploma required. College Diploma or University Degree an asset
Strong computer skills; attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills in both English and French
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be available to work between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Must be available to work overtime as needed
