This role focuses on providing comprehensive care to residents with significant disabilities, ensuring their medical needs are met through collaboration with nursing staff. You'll play a vital role in monitoring patient health and managing complex clinical situations. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the MRP for approximately 44 residents
- Provide care for pressure injuries and respiratory infections
- Coordinate with specialists for comprehensive patient care
- Manage medication and ongoing treatment plans
- Be part of the call pool once every 4 weeks Requirements:
- MD with licensure in British Columbia
- Experience in complex or outreach medicine
