This role entails coordinating technical and artistic operations for productions catering to children aged 4-17. The position includes evening and weekend commitments, typically ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week during peak production times. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and supervise student technicians and volunteers
- Coordinate technical operations for theatre productions
- Develop production schedules and manage budgets




- Lead backstage operations during rehearsals and performances
- Collaborate with creative teams to realize production visions Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma in Technical Theatre or related field
- 2+ years in technical theatre or live event production
- Experience with production logistics and multi-task projects
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- First Aid and CPR-C certifications or willingness to obtain Support youth in building their technical skills and performance confidence in Burlington's theatre programs.
