Shape the financial future of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights as Chief Financial Officer. Provide strategic oversight of finance, operations, and IT in a values-driven workplace.
As CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and lead the finance, IT, and facilities operations. Focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational needs. You will also advise the Board and enhance organizational performance while fostering relationships across various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead finance, IT, and physical operations with strategic direction
• Advise on financial strategy and organizational performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Present financial information clearly to diverse audiences
• Manage IT systems modernization and infrastructure oversight
Requirements:
• Chartered Qualified Accountant designation required
• Experience in finance and operations leadership
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and risk management
• Proven ability to present complex information effectively
• Exceptional analytical and relationship-building skills
