In this temporary full time role, you'll help assess, plan, and deliver therapy interventions under the supervision of Rehabilitation Professionals.

You'll ensure accurate record-keeping, monitor resident progress, and participate actively in team meetings. This position is vital for encouraging residents to thrive by maintaining their maximum functioning levels. Key Responsibilities:
Review daily reports and communication binders
Collect data and identify resident needs
Monitor therapy participation and report on status changes
Maintain accurate clinical records and equipment inventory
Conduct daily environmental safety inspections Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Rehab Therapy Assistance
Current First Aid and Food Secure Level 1 certifications
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience working with seniors
