Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct personal care to residents daily
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions
• Assist in creating Nursing Care Plans collaboratively




• Facilitate mobility and community integration for residents
• Maintain safety standards during care activities

Requirements:
• Graduation from Health Care Aide program required
• Experience with seniors in community health setting
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification preferred
• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
