As part of the Robin Hood Association, this role involves implementing individual service plans that foster personal independence and community integration. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to provide care, monitor safety, and support individuals in their aspirations and daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and aspirations
• Implement safety protocols and monitor environments
• Provide transportation and assist with community access
• Maintain transparent records and communicate professionally
• Engage in team meetings and contribute feedback
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education preferred in relevant fields
• Completion of all required mandatory training
• Excellent organizational and communication proficiency
• Ability to navigate challenging emotional situations
• Mature work ethic and self-sufficiency in tasks
