As part of BBA's payroll team, you will report to the Payroll Supervisor. Your role spans current hire processing, payroll execution every two weeks, and reconciliation tasks. You will also support various departments and employees across BBA's offices in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire payroll cycle for new hires and departures
• Process bi-weekly payroll ensuring data accuracy
• Make retroactive payments and oversee salary increases
• Reconcile government remittances and payroll reports
• Provide ongoing support to BBA employees across locations

Requirements:
• Minimum three years of payroll experience required
• Bilingual in spoken and written English and French
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite necessary
• Knowledge of ADP and Deltek's Maconomy ERP is an asset
• Experience with high-volume, multi-province payroll preferred
