In this position, you will provide essential organizational support to ensure exceptional guest experiences at Fairmont Chateau Whistler. Your responsibilities will encompass preventative maintenance, servicing the property, and managing health club facilities. You will be integral to maintaining cleanliness standards while complying with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical facilities
• Service and repair all guest and public areas
• Maintain cleanliness standards in mechanical rooms




• Oversee Health Club facilities, including pools and hot tubs
• Serve on the Emergency Response Team (ERT)

Requirements:
• HVAC background preferred
• Familiarity with computerized energy management systems
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Authorization to work in Canada is mandatory
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and development
