Join Rocky Mountain International Student Program as a Homestay Coordinator. In this role, you will support international students and build relationships with host families while ensuring a smooth collaboration.

The Homestay Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new homestay families. You'll maintain ongoing communication with international students, host families, and RMISP staff, fostering a supportive environment. The role includes organizing events and extracurricular activities while being available for crisis situations that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advertise, recruit, and onboard homestay families
• Build relationships and communicate with international students
• Host lunch meetings and activities for students
• Coordinate extracurricular programs and trips
• Maintain documentation in online databases

Requirements:
• Valid BC Driver’s license (Class 5)
• Own a vehicle for student transport
• Willing to obtain Occupational First Aid (Level 1)
• Must reside in Salmon Arm, BC
• Solid communication skills and relationship management

Support international students and families through effective homestay coordination at RMISP.
