Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our private practice team. This position requires a solid understanding of working with pediatrics (ages 4+ and teens). The Social Worker will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing care plans, and coordinating services to promote overall well-being. Trauma experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to determine the needs of patients and their families.
Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
Provide direct support and counseling to patients, focusing on emotional and psychological well-being.
Advocate for patients' rights and access to necessary services.
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Must be available 15 hours per week
Must be available at least one evening shift and/or weekend shift
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience working with children, particularly in pediatrics /teens or special education settings (neurodiverse populations) is essential.
Strong clinical notes and computer skills
Ability to work with much autonomy
Trauma experience

Job Types: Part time, Permanent
Pay: $99.00-$105.00 per hour
