We are seeking dedicated and skilled ER Registered Nurses (RN) with Canadian experience to join our Nova scotia travel Nursing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency and critical care nursing, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a quick-paced environment. This role requires a compassionate approach to nursing, particularly when dealing with critically ill patients and their families.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ER setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and laboratory results.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records as specified by NSHA
Participate in case management activities to ensure continuity of care.
Assist with patient transfers.

Qualifications
BSc Nursing from a accredited school of Nursing




Emergency and Critical nursing Care skills
Minimum of 2years Canadian ER Nursing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Active Nova Scotia RN license in good standing
Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, CTAS, TNCC, ENPC, or NRP preferred
Negative criminal / Vulnerable sector check within the last 90days.

Advantages
$80 - $90 for all hours worked, No overtime, Statutory holiday 1.5hours
Per diem $50 for every day worked

Length of contracts - 4weeks - 12weeks (mandatory completion) Length of shifts - 12 hours days or nights, 11.25 hours paid

Pay: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
