The Quality Platform

Lead plays a vital role in driving quality initiatives at INNIO. In this leadership position, you will work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to establish quality standards, resolve non-conformances, and improve customer satisfaction. Your focused efforts will ensure product reliability and support current developments across Waukesha engine platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Quality Key Performance Indicators across engine platforms
Lead quality initiatives at the Welland manufacturing facility




Facilitate issue screening and improvements processes
Manage quality-related costs and compliance standards
Perform audits and corrective action investigations Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years' experience in quality and manufacturing
Proficient in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Solid analytical skills with engineering data
Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA and MTBF Apply your expertise in quality and engineering to ensure product excellence at INNIO.
