Lead quality assurance efforts at a leading gelatin and collagen manufacturer in Schiller Park, IL. We're seeking a hands-on leader to elevate food safety and product quality standards. As our Quality Assurance Manager, you will spearhead the Quality team in a full-time capacity.

This position requires a robust background in food manufacturing quality systems, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working across various departments including Operations and R&D.; Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team
